Pumpkin Time!

This October took us to the land of cotton as we traveled to Alabama for Nana's birthday, a pumpkin patch train ride, and local football and festivals. We really enjoyed our travel stopping to admire cotton fields, a roadside pumpkin patch, and a heavenly sun poking through clouds.

Are you ready for some football...or at least a cutie with Aunt Julie's majorettes?

Mom had a booth at the Swedish Festival selling her glass creations.

We also enjoyed the other festivities and the parade. I think you might notice a few faces in the parade?

We came home with an additional pet...but ended up taking her back to live in another home. TNT (the turtle) is now dining on shrimp and living it up in AL. It was the best adoption scenario possible.

We did a little early trick-or-treating before coming back to Florida.

To our precious readers. I have started a new family blog at This Temporary Home where I am already posting for 2012. I will finish out Looney Cooneys with all of our pictures from 2011 before closing the site down. I want to put all the posts in a blog book to keep. Thank you for reading and please visit our new site.
