Misellany Around Our Table

These are some random "table moments I didn't want to forget from 2011.
1. Gift basket from Grandmom. After our car accident in May, Grandmom sent us this beautiful fruit bouquet.
2. My mom came and baked me a red velvet cake for my birthday. It was delicious as usual!
3.  The kids had some cute habits around the table this year. Joshua required clapping during the spring and summer for him to swallow his food. I have dubbed him the "Regurgitator." Lovingly of course.
4. Emily's prayer for meals continues to consist of, "Thank you for this and this. Amen."
5. We had a meal of the month club with the Cooney family during the spring where we would take turns eating at each other's homes. That is the outdoor playtime pictured below. I love those pictures of the girls in the grass!
6. We had some great thrift store finds, including the beautiful vase that Emily picked out pictured below as well.
7. The beans and rice that the kids are pictured playing with did not make it to the table, but make for a great sensory playtime!
