Goodnight Moon







Emily loves the book Goodnight Moon. She calls the mittens "mitts." This is probably because of oven mitts. I can't know for sure. Anyway, the other day I asked her if she would like to try on some mittens and she said "OK." Dress up soon ensued and she was eager to "show me her teeth" so that I could take her picture. Goodnight!
P.S. The other picture is Emily with Big Daddy and Pops and Dad at Pancake's with Pops two Monday's ago. Also, thanks Aunt Shelia for the great Halloween card. We are excited about meeting Lily Chase!

Ron is a native of New Jersey. Ron is serving as Youth Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and loving it. He wrapped up his graduate degree at Argosy University in Mental Health Counseling in 2006. Ron enjoys running, reading, and eating at Chick Fila. Brooke is a native of Alabama and has lived in Florida the last 8 years after marrying Ron and going to graduate school at USF. Brooke enjoys reading, excersing, organizing, playing with her two wonderful children, and writing at www.raisetherisk.wordpress.com. We are both graduates of Auburn Universtiy and met at church while we were students in 1999. We were married in spring of 2002 and became first time parents February 2008 of Emily Elizabeth Cooney and again January 2010 of Joshua Davis Cooney. Emily's favorite activities include reading, watching Tom and Jerry with her daddy, being outside, and playing with family and friends. She recently loves gum, the train at the mall, and feeding the horses at Nana and Big Daddy's. Joshua is loving exploring every nook and cranny of the house, the outdoors, and loving on his family.
