Zoo Zoom

Hello all. Can't believe it has been so long since we last posted! Well, today on this very chilly morning (in the 30's) we went to the Lowry Park Zoo and Ron ran a 5k in the Zoo Zoom fundraiser. I got video of Ron crossing the finish line with his friend, Jason, but no photos. Oops! I am not a runner, but I have resolved to run in the next Zoo Zoom on Sept. 10th. I am starting training on Monday (that is 3.1 miles). Anyway, we enjoyed a great (early) morning at the zoo and wanted to catch you up on some pictures. We only visited the Africa and FL sites. Emily and Ron enjoyed a round trip on a sky lift in Africa. After that we were all wiped out (we had been up since 5:00); I don't know how you could see the whole zoo in one day and not take a nap! Joshua slept through practically the whole experience. It is funny one trip to the zoo and now our house and car look like a zoo!
