A Day at the Beach







Emily and I enjoyed a beautiful morning at the beach today. We had fun collecting shells and wading in the ocean water as we watched birds running around to find food and boats zooming past. Emily was a bit cautious at first, but then joined in. We praised God for a great morning together at the beach and for our good snacks!
The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. Psalms 95:5-7

So cute! Olivia has that same bathing suit and cover-up. (obviously she has to wait a while to wear it). I hope that you guys are doing well. Hopefully we can meet at the beach for a day or something this summer. Happy belated Anniversary!

Ron is a native of New Jersey. Ron is serving as Youth Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and loving it. He wrapped up his graduate degree at Argosy University in Mental Health Counseling in 2006. Ron enjoys running, reading, and eating at Chick Fila. Brooke is a native of Alabama and has lived in Florida the last 8 years after marrying Ron and going to graduate school at USF. We are both graduates of Auburn Universtiy and met at church while we were students in 1999. We were married in spring of 2002 and became first time parents February 2008 of Emily Elizabeth Cooney and again January 2010 of Joshua Davis Cooney. Emily's favorite activities include reading, watching Tom and Jerry with her daddy, being outside, and playing with family and friends. She recently loves gum, the train at the mall, and feeding the horses at Nana and Big Daddy's. Joshua is loving exploring every nook and cranny of the house, the outdoors, and loving on his family.
